Your deliverables
Annotated PDF drawings, including stage-by-stage layouts and welfare plans where required. The scope defines drawing numbers, level of detail and updates for design development or coordination comments.
Planning support and operational roles
The package supports logistics planning and site setup strategy. Live delivery management, supervision, temporary works design, traffic management installation, statutory licence applications and contractor operational management are excluded unless separately agreed.
Information and fees
Send the site drawings, programme, workforce assumptions and proposed methodology. Fees reflect the agreed project scope. We confirm a fixed fee before work starts.
