The City's Planning Obligations SPD sets out detailed CLP content including traffic management, access and egress, swept paths and impacts on pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles. Review the project's conditions and obligations to establish the required package.
Routes and loading space
Assess the complete approach and departure route, vehicle dimensions and site access. Where a temporary loading area or pit lane is proposed, show vehicle positioning, residual carriageway width and its relationship with public routes and neighbouring access.
Deliveries and nearby projects
Loading duration, delivery forecasts and call-forward arrangements should reflect the space the site can actually use. Consider neighbouring servicing and construction activity when reviewing the proposed logistics sequence.

Before submission
