RBKC states that a CTMP condition must be formally discharged before site work starts where it is imposed. Review the current pro-forma, Code of Construction Practice and site-specific condition when setting the submission scope.
Plan delivery periods carefully
RBKC's published CTMP pro-forma restricts deliveries and collections to 9.30am–4.30pm on weekdays, reducing to 9.30am–3pm during term time where there is a school on the route. It excludes weekends and public holidays and identifies further sensitive-location restrictions. Check the approved site arrangements and any agreed exceptions.
Test the street constraints
Assess the intended vehicles against parked cars, kerbs, turning space and the loading position. Do not assume parking suspensions or highway space are available. Show the relationship with pedestrian routes, neighbouring access and any temporary traffic arrangements.

We prepare the agreed routing, tracking, access, loading and traffic management drawings for coordination into the CTMP. Site logistics and phasing information can be added where required.
Before submission
Confirm current council requirements, local sensitive uses and any separate licences or parking suspensions. Send the planning condition, drawings and intended vehicle information for a defined scope and fixed fee.
