We review the planning brief or condition and identify the required logistics information. Depending on scope, the package can combine a CLP, site and phasing layouts, routing, swept path analysis, traffic management, loading and public-interface proposals.
Your deliverables
The agreed reports, drawings and technical notes are issued in a format suitable for incorporation into the planning submission. Vehicle sizes, access, routing, loading and phasing are coordinated across the package.
Scope and separate approvals
The service provides consultancy reports, drawings and assessments. Statutory fees, highway licences, traffic management installation, temporary works design, crane lift planning, site supervision and contractor operations are excluded unless separately agreed. Highway occupation, closures, suspensions and traffic orders require separate authority approval where applicable.

Send the planning requirement, site drawings, available construction information and relevant authority comments. Fees are fixed per project after review of the required deliverables, access constraints, complexity and supporting assessments.
